What exactly is Multi-Domain Hosting?
A slice of our servers that you divide into independent cPanel accounts, one per website, each with its own login credentials. Ideal if you're an agency or designer managing several clients' websites; you can also resell hosting under your own brand without worrying about the server (it's what we used to call reseller hosting).
What should I consider when choosing my configuration?
Mainly the total storage and the number of accounts. A corporate website takes up little space; a website with video or lots of email, quite a bit more. Don't stress about getting it right first time: you can scale up or down whenever you like.
How many visits can each account handle?
It depends on the website and how well optimised it is, but we host projects with over 500,000 page views per month without any trouble. If an account falls short, upgrade its CPU and RAM, or move it to a Managed VPS.
Can you migrate my clients' websites?
Yes. If your current server runs cPanel, the migration is free and automated. If it has to be done by hand, it's billed by time (usually 1–2 hours per WordPress site with email).
Can one client's websites affect the others?
No. CloudLinux with CageFS isolates every account: CPU and RAM resources guaranteed per account, plus security isolation. An overloaded or compromised website won't drag down the rest.
